Terms and conditions apply to all hirers.

1. Payment

All orders are taken on a prepaid basis and payment can be made by cheque, direct deposit, cash or credit card.

2. Damage or Loss

All equipment is hired on the agreement that it shall be returned in an undamaged condition and that you (the Customer) shall be responsible for any indemnity against loss or damage. The customer is responsible for checking their equipment at the time of pickup.

3. Bond

Before any hire order is accepted, you agree that the hire of some toys may require you (the customer) to give Nanz Toy Hire your credit card details (these details are destroyed on return of toy) or make a bond payment and that Nanz Toy Hire may debit your credit card or invoice you directly in the event of the non- return, or damage to the hire goods.

4. Hire Prices

Nanz Toy Hire reserves the right to amend prices at any time without notice.

5. Extended Hire

Should you wish to extend your hire period beyond the agreed date of return you must notify Nanz Toy Hire as soon as possible otherwise late fees may be added on top of the normal daily rate. (see 6)

6. Overdue Hire

Late returns will be charged out at the normal daily hire fee. If toys have been reserved by another customer or are more than 1 week overdue they will incur additional daily late fees.

7. Returning items to Nanz Toy Hire via courier

When goods arrive to you there will be a freight forward address to attach to the box. If, you are unable to be available for collection on the return date you must notify Nanz Toy Hire immediately. Failure to do so will result in extra hire charges.

8. Cleaning

The items are to be returned in a clean and presentable state or a cleaning fee will be charged and payable by the customer.

9. Safety

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe use of the hired equipment. Nanz Toy Hire cannot accept any liability as a result of a failure to comply with specific instructions and safety warnings; Nanz Toy Hire will not be held liable for any injury caused by or arising from items supplied.

10. Debt Collection

Any cost incurred by Nanz Toy Hire for the collection of an overdue account will be payable by the customer, including debt collection charges.

11. Breach of Agreement

If the customer is in breach of any of the terms of this agreement then Nanz Toy Hire may terminate the hire and/or repossess any of the equipment without prior notice to the customer.

12. Membership

12.1 The 12 months membership fee of $40 is to be paid before hire takes place.

12.2 Membership discounts will only apply if membership card or number is used at time of hire.
